(Senior) Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications activities for Center of Excellence Flat Products. It´s a versatile role with great impact on the development and expansion of the marketing function. Your tasks will include:
- Development of strategic marketing and communication concepts, coordination of effective implementation and measurement of success. Collaboration with senior management to ensure strategy execution.
- Creation of content with consistent, targeted, and impactful messages for internal and external communication via print and online media – including a Social Media strategy
- Creation of attractive formats and multimedia content, including content specifications for film & photo shoots, for the various target groups
- Support conception and preparation of relevant trade fairs, events and conferences
- Advise internal stakeholders, such as technical sales, on communication issues
Profil
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communications, or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or capacity
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with highest quality standards
- Demonstrated experience with social media, Microsoft Office, image editing programs and web content management systems
- Good technical understanding and interest in plant engineering
- Excellent German and English language skills
- High degree of creativity, initiative, result orientation
- Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
- Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
