Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective strategy execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for internal and external communication channels, including social media, print, and online media.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including content specifications for film and photo shoots.
- Advise internal stakeholders on communication issues and provide guidance on marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
- Proven track record of success in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of social media, Microsoft Office, and image editing programs.
- Excellent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High degree of creativity, initiative, and result orientation, with a strong desire to take ownership of assigned projects and work independently.
