Die Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw ist verantwortlich für die Vorhaben und Projekte der BWI für die Gesundheitsversorgung der Bundeswehr. Dabei übernehmen wir Aufgaben entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, von der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Forderungen mit der Nutzerorganisation bis in den Betrieb der entwickelten Solutions. Ziel ist es, die gesamte Bandbreite der medizinischen Versorgung unserer Soldatinnen und Soldaten mit moderner IT zu unterstützen. Wir suchen in der Rolle als Solution Manager*in eine zentrale Ansprechperson für die komplexen Netzwerklösungen innerhalb der GesVersBw (im Umfeld der Bundeswehrkrankenhäuser), die diese verantwortet und entlang der Kundenanforderungen weiterentwickelt.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Netzwerklösungen der Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Koordination, Planung und Auslösen der für die Solution benötigten Services
  • Durchführung inhaltlicher und technischer Abstimmungen mit unserem Kunden und den Serviceeinheiten der BWI
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Solution
  • Single Point of Contact für alle Lösungs-Stakeholder auf Delivery-, Kunden- und Nutzerseite

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Etwa vier oder mehr Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Services und/oder im Bereich der Gesundheitsversorgung
  • Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in komplexen Netzwerkarchitekturen und idealerweise Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Management und Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit ITIL-Zertifizierung und -Expertise
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Strategisches Denken, Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, strukturierte & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
