About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at Versatel Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our 5G network strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the 5G network roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including planning, development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize network requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in network planning and development.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
