Die SRH IT Solutions GmbH ist spezialisiert auf die Informationstechnologie in den Zukunftsbranchen Bildung und Gesundheit. Ein Team von ca. 180 Mitarbeitenden bewirtschaftet bundesweit die strategische und operative IT für 40 SRH Unternehmen. Dies umfasst den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung zentraler Kernapplikationen für die SRH Geschäftsfelder, den Ausbau einer leistungsfähigen zentralen IT-Infrastruktur und die Betreuung von mehr als 10.000 IT-Endgeräten.

Aufgabe:
  • Du bist Detektiv: Als First-Level-Support gehst Du Störungen auf den Grund, behebst erste Fehler und gibst größere Themen im Ticketsystem nach Priorisierung ans 2nd-Level weiter
  • Du bist Teammitglied: Du unterstützt beim Ab- und Aufbau von Kunden-Rechnern, Softwareinstallation und -konfiguration
  • Du bist am Drücker: Benutzerverwaltung und Berechtigungsvergabe im Active Directory und anderen Systemen
  • Du hast den Überblick: Dir obliegt die Druckerverwaltung
Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld sowie erste Erfahrung im IT-Anwender-Support
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Hardwarekomponenten, Microsoft Windows (ab Version 7) sowie den MS Office Programmen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes und selbständiges Arbeiten sowie kunden- bzw. dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerschein Klasse B
