Aufgaben
  • die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Organisations- und Arbeitsablauf im geasamten Back of House Bereich mit deinem Team zu übernehmen
  • durch die personelle Koordination einen effektiven Personaleinsatz zu gewährleisten, dazu gehören alle Spüler und Aushilfskräfte, sowie externe Dienstleister
  • als Verantwortlicher die mengen- und termingerechte Bereitstellung des benötigten Equipments für unsere vielen F&B Outlets und riesigen Conventions zu gewährleisten
  • Cost Controlling & das Arbeiten mit wichitegn Kennzahlen
  • die wichtige Schnittstelle zu bilden, damit unser Haus im F&B & Convention Bereich nach außen hin gläzen zu kann
  • die Einhaltung und Umsetzung sämtlicher Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP Vorschriften zu kontrollieren und sicherzustellen
  • auf die Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung der Mülltrennung und Entsorgung - die Gewährleistung des betrieblichen Recycling- und Müllkonzeptes

Profil
  • Deine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, bestenfalls mit Hotellerie/Gastronomie Hintergrund runden deine Berufserfahrungen im F&B Management oder in vergleichbarer Position ab
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich und das Interesse an einer Teamführung sind vorausgesetzt
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für dich maßgebend und auch bei großem Betriebsaufkommen bewahrst du dank deines Organisationsgeschicks einen kühlen Kopf
  • Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind wünschenswert) sind genauso gut wie deine MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Du hast ein offenes und freundliches Auftreten, Spaß an der Arbeit und Lust auf ein großes internationales Team
