Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Planung und Koordination von Expressaufträgen: Von der Überprüfung und Vervollständigung der notwendigen Dokumente bis zur sorgfältigen Dokumentation – Sie haben alles im Griff.
  • Dabei behalten Sie unsere Qualitäts- und Kostenvorgaben stets im Blick und sorgen dafür, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Unsere Kuriere und Partnerunternehmen werden Sie bald als kompetente Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um die Aufträge schätzen.
  • Zudem sind Sie für die Erstellung von Statistiken und die Überwachung der Sendungen verantwortlich.
  • Sie arbeiten in flexiblen Schichten (Früh/Mittel/Spät).
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik oder Kurierbranche, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Sehr gute Ortskenntnisse in Freiburg und Umgebung sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Wir suchen einen motivierten Teamplayer, der bereit ist, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln, um im Team gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen, und dabei stets den Überblick behält – auch in stressigen Situationen.
