Business Development Expert – Food Freezing & Chilling (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die deutschlandweite Entwicklung des Kundensegments „Food Freezing & Chilling“
- Verantwortlich für Bedarfsermittlung, Spezifikationserstellung und Entwicklung von Kundenlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Euro Holding und der Muttergesellschaft in Japan
- Steuert und unterstützt die Markteinführung, den Betrieb und die technologische Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen im
- Bereich Lebensmittelfrosten /-kühlen evtl. auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Forschungseinrichtungen
- Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads durch strukturierte Akquise (Kampagnen etc.) von Projekten innerhalb der relevanten Branchen
- Entwicklung von spezifischen Kundenlösungen und Ausarbeitung von kommerziellen Vorschlägen
- Ausarbeitung der Verträge sowie deren Abschluss mit dem Kunden
- Koordinierung von Tests, Demos, der Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme
- Sammeln und analysieren von Technologie-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen
- Kundenbetreuung nach erfolgreicher Einführung eines neuen Verfahrens
- Aktive Mitarbeit in relevanten Verbänden, Fachausschüssen, Interessenverbänden etc.
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, im Bereich des Projektmanagements, der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von Projekten und Erfahrungen im Bereich Wasserstoff
- Erfahrungen im digitalen und analogen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Technologielösungen
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bereich Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklung im B2B Umfeld
- Breites technisches Verständnis (Anwendung von Gasen)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office, CRM (Dynamics 365), wünschenswert: SAP-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Selbstständige, genaue und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
