Business Development Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an engaged student worker to support our Talent & Organizational Development team in the development, maintenance, and implementation of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in managing the global performance and potential assessment process
  • Support activities in the global performance and talent management IT system, e.g. report creation, activity tracking, maintenance of translations
  • Work together with functional experts for the continuous development and improvement of learning solutions and leadership programs
  • Support the team on big-scale implementation of concepts, learning solutions, and leadership programs
  • Support the organization of events and workshops
  • Support the communication and marketing of our offer within the company through a variety of innovative and creative communication activities in close cooperation with the Employer Branding team
Requirements
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program for a period of at least one year in the field of business with HR major, educational sciences, pedagogy, psychology, Human Resources, People & Culture, or similar
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You have Excellent MS Office skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
