**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du unterstützt gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere Geschäftsführung in allen Fragestellungen im Bereich Commercial Operations
- Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen außerdem die Ausarbeitung, Überprüfung und Verhandlung aller relevanten Vertragsbeziehungen der Agenturgruppe, wie z. B. das Vertragsmanagement in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Einkauf
- Hierbei berätst du unseren Director Commercial Operations und achtest insbesondere auf die Minimierung von Rechtsrisiken
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen stellst du sicher, dass unser Mediamanagement System stets aktuell ist
- Die Definition von Best-Practice-Ansätze für den Bereich Commercial Operations runden deinen Aufgabenbereich ab
**Dein Profil**:
- Dein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und deine Erfahrungen in dynamischen sowie internationalen Unternehmensumfeldern erleichtern dir deinen Einstieg für diese Position
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Commercial Operations sammeln - idealerweise in der Mediabranche
- Neben deiner holistischen Denkweise zeichnen dich dein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie dein Auge fürs Detail aus
- Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, komplexe Rechtsfragen schnell zu verstehen und gehst Themen stets pragmatisch an
- Im Idealfall verfügst du über gute DML-Kenntnisse
- Dein Profil wird durch deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern abgerundet
