Position
As a
Finance and Administration Support you will join
the **Loyalty
team** of
JAKALA in our
Hamburg office (located in the city center)**.
In this role, your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Managing Director and overseeing general administrative and organizational activities, including general correspondence and management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Being the contact person with IT and Finance HQ departments and with external providers
- Managing office supplies, shipments, and maintenance of printers and fax machines
- Coordinating the management of company cars and relevant insurances
- Coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing bank movements, credit card transactions, general accounts, and cost lines
- Creating financial reports
- At least 35 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in preparing reports, purchase orders and service entry in SAP
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
- Conscientious, independent way of working
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with different contact groups
