  • What you will doYou'll be working in the Finance team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) which currently consists of the Finance Manager (located in Germany) and 3 Accountants (2 in Switzerland, 1 in Austria).
  • Close collaboration with Finance Manager DACH and support in daily operations and projects
  • Ownership for monthly and quarterly closure as well as reporting
  • Support yearend closure and all associated actions as well as reporting
  • Controlling and monitoring of general expenses and customers' bonus conditions
  • Collaboration, coordination and business partnering with different tesa departments (e.g. Corporate Accounting, Business Operations, Sales & Marketing)
  • Ownership and monitoring of quarterly risk controls to ensure compliance guidelines
  • Monthly reporting and monitoring of accounts receivables (DSO), dunning and aging lists to ensure working capital management
  • Coordination of external consultants, legal advisors and local IT issues in Switzerland and Austria
  • Adhoc support for all financerelated activities in DACH
  • Manage and coordinate your own projects
  • Challenge the status quo and contribute driving our digitization, automation and process harmonization
  • Take the chance to contribute shaping this newly established position

  • What you will need
  • University degree in Business, Economics or Finance with at least 1 year of relevant working experience (preferably Finance)
  • Basic understanding of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
  • Reliable and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work autonomously
  • Flexible, dynamic and openminded
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues from different departments
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills are a prerequisite
  • SAP or equivalent ERP skills are beneficial
  • Working experience in a matrix organization is a plus
