Stellenbeschreibung

Unser Treasury besteht aus einem derzeit 4-köpfigen Team und stellt fortwährend die Liquidität aller deutschen Gesellschaften sicher. Jeder Mitarbeiter betreut eigenverantwortlich einen gewissen Scope von Gesellschaften und fungiert gleichzeitig als Ansprechpartner der Geschäftsführungen in allen Treasury Belangen. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Specialist Finance and Accounting Treasury (m/w/d) mit folgenden Aufgaben:

- Ansprechpartner für ca. 35 deutsche Gesellschaften
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von (Integrations-) Projekten und Tagesgeschäftsaufgaben im Bereich Treasury und Reporting
- Durchführung der Liquiditätssteuerung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den kaufmännischen Fachabteilungen und den jeweiligen Gesellschaften
- Analyse, inhaltliche Vorbereitung und Koordination von Finanzierungsanfragen nach Eurofins-Gruppen-Standard im hauseigenen Workflow als auch die Kommunikation mit dem übergeordneten Group Treasury.
- Unterstützung bei der Prozess-Analyse, Entwicklung und Koordination von Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Bereich der Cash-Management
- und Treasury-Prozesse
- Durchführung von Liquiditätsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem eurofins-internen Shared Service Center für Accounting mit Sitz in Polen (Kapitalerhöhungen, Dividenden, etc.)
- Ansprechpartner für Banken sowie mitverantwortlich für die Administration der Bankkonten, Kreditkarten, Avale, Bürgschaften und das Multi Banking Tool

Qualifikationen
- Studium oder vergleichbaren Abschluss im kaufmännischen Bereich (Ausbildung, Bachelor oder Master)
- Hands-on-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit sich schnell in neue Bereiche einzuarbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Programmen insbes. MS-Excel
