Job Title: Manager Port Cost Analytics and Operations

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze port costs, services, and processes to identify saving opportunities and implement necessary measures
  • Support port cost budget planning
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, negotiate contracts with vendors, and drive necessary actions
  • Generate and deliver reports and analysis to stakeholders for efficient itinerary and port planning
  • Assist in berth reservation process for AIDA and Costa vessels

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or Purchasing & Logistics Management
  • 1.5+ years of experience in business administration, shipping, or logistics, preferably in cruise shipping
  • Prior experience in finance, controlling, or related fields along with financial reporting skills
  • Leadership abilities, strong negotiation skills, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in English (company's official language) and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MXP knowledge is a plus)
