Ihre Aufgaben
Als (Senior) MarTech and Data Solution Design Specialist bist du für die Implementierung und Verwaltung von Technologielösungen zur Unterstützung und Verbesserung der Marketingaktivitäten unseres Unternehmens verantwortlich. Diese Rolle erfordert eine einzigartige Mischung aus technischem und unternehmerischem Scharfsinn sowie ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Datenarchitektur und -analyse.
Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Identifizierung, Implementierung und Verwaltung neuer Marketingtechnologien und -plattformen, die mit unseren Zielen und Strategien übereinstimmen (z.B. Google & Adobe Analytics, Server Side Tracking).
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Attributionsmodellen, um die Customer Journey zu verstehen und die Auswirkungen der verschiedenen Marketingmaßnahmen genau zuzuordnen.
- Konfigurieren und Einrichten von Tracking-Tags für verschiedene Marketingkanäle und Kampagnen unter Verwendung von Tag-Management-Systemen.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutzbestimmungen wie GDPR, CCPA und anderen.
- Definition und Umsetzung von Data-Governance-Richtlinien und Best Practices zur Gewährleistung der Datenqualität und -genauigkeit.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Marketingabteilungen bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen und -programmen, bei denen bestimmte Technologien zum Einsatz kommen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams (z.B. Data Science) bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Analyse
- und Machine Learning Modellen.
- Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Schulungen für Marketingteams und andere Nutzer von Marketingtechnologiesystemen.
Das wünschen wir uns
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Marketinginhalte, Datenmanagement, Warehousing und Modellierungskonzepte.
- Überzeugende technische Fähigkeiten, die mit Analysetools und Plattformen wie Google & Adobe Analytics, Facebook usw. einhergehen.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Programmiersprachen wie JavaScript, HTML, SQL und Python sind ein Plus.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
