We are seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist to become an integral part of our team and drive our success in the Martech sector. As a vital contributor to our pre-sales initiatives, you will engage with potential clients, comprehend their objectives, and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Martech landscape to assess prospects' goals and needs
  • Serve as a solution expert and trusted consultant throughout the pre-sales journey
  • Influence the sales strategy by aligning prospects' needs with the Insider platform
  • Conduct tailored demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate internal collaboration for technical responses to RFIs/RFPs
  • Stay informed about the product roadmap and relay market insights to the Product Management Team
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to the Insider Customer Success Team for onboarding
  • Support the sales team in crafting customized presentations and use cases

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in comparable technical and client-facing positions
  • Exceptional communication abilities with an emphasis on capturing requirements and conveying business value
  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients
  • Technical knowledge of SaaS products, architecture, and integrations
  • Capability to coordinate diverse teams to address business and technical challenges
  • Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and dedicated to maintaining high standards in the sales process
