Your mission:
As a Delivery Lead, you are the key to global customer satisfaction.
You'll expertly onboard new clients, craft and deliver top-tier generative automation solutions on our no-code platform, and stand as the trusted advisor for support and strategic scaling.

- Lead the charge in technical implementation, making every project a positive ROI.
- Be the face and voice of our global customers, forging unbreakable bonds through stellar engagement and communication.

Your Profile
- Dive into a role where you "Raise the Bar" to set new standards of excellence As a proactive powerhouse, you'll craft worldclass solutions and continuously elevate our benchmarks.
- Your journey is backed by a solid foundation—a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or a related field, paired with over 5 years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, technical sales, consultancy or professional services.
- You're skilled in actually doing software development and really good at programming languages like Python
- You're a communication expert who connects people by speaking both English and German, making you very valuable. Being good at German is crucial, not just a bonus.
- Dissect complex concepts and reasons from the ground up showcases your scientific mindset. Couple that with your extraordinary presentation skills, and you're not just delivering solutions; you're telling stories that captivate and convince.
- Solid understanding and experience with intelligent automation platforms or RPA is an advantage
