The role:


As a passionate, empowered Product Delivery Leader and an ambassador for customer satisfaction, you are responsible for delivering value for our insurance customers and our (user) audience.

This means truly understanding Insurer needs and the pain points they want to solve on behalf of our users and how our products and services overcome these.

Guided by your passion for customer satisfaction and value-driven product management experience you working with engineering and UX you will deliver on this.


  • You will be leading the Insurer Product Group which delivers the onboarding implementation of our Insurance Partners across our platform as well as our professional services unit, overseeing all operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Managing the daytoday operations of four dedicated product teams with respective product managers by providing guidance, alignment with the PMO team and direction to achieve company objectives
  • Monitoring project execution, constant alignment and balancing of customer requirements and SaaS platform scalability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Setup as well as strategic and operational leadership of our new professional services unit for the XEMPUS platform to cater to the customization needs of our insurer customers
  • Overseeing the successful development and delivery of initiatives jointly with your engineering counterpart
  • Collaborating with sales and customer success colleagues, providing support in scoping sessions, customer workshops and presentations to insurers as well as gathering feedback and future product ideas from individual market participants
  • Driving the product vision and roadmap for the Insurer Group by understanding the company vision and strategy and the goals of your team

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management/delivery, professional services or customer success management
  • Multiple years of experience leading people and product delivery teams
  • Good knowledge of the insurance and intermediary market is an advantage
  • A career history of focusing on delivering value for your customers
  • Experience in a fastgrowing B2B tech company, ideally in the insurance industry
  • Creative problemsolver mindset with a customer view
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
