Our last-mile delivery service partners play a vital role in our operations, and we collaborate closely with them to ensure the successful delivery of packages, both large and small.
As a DSP Pricing & Compensation Manager, your primary focus will be nurturing strong partnerships with our delivery service partners. You will be responsible for overseeing strategic programs and initiatives by utilizing analytical and project management skills. These initiatives will have a direct impact on how we compensate our DSPs and drivers throughout our European network.
We are currently looking for candidates to join our team in one of the following locations: London, Madrid, Berlin, or Munich.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic programs and initiatives to enhance our DSP payments program, shaping how we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
- Develop processes and mechanisms to address current gaps and facilitate the scalability of our expanding business.
- Perform root cause analysis to assess the financial well-being of our delivery partners and establish processes for conducting these analyses at a larger scale.
- Provide senior leadership with reports on essential metrics and program updates, demonstrating the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
About the Team:
Amazon Logistics, also known as AMZL, manages 'last mile' delivery operations in collaboration with third-party distribution companies. We apply innovative strategies and continuous improvement efforts to ensure the timely delivery of millions of physical products to our customers.
Our objective is to enhance the delivery experience for our customers and introduce global delivery solutions for our latest services, such as AmazonFresh, DSP, Prime Now, and AmazonRestaurants.
The rapidly expanding EU Central DSP Management team operates across European nations to optimize our relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who directly deliver to our customers.
Locations: Berlin, Munich
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant experience in program management, demonstrating comprehensive project ownership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., Vlookups & pivottables).
- An Advanced or Master's degree.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce.
- Background in a startup environment, responsible for developing new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, specifically in the payments and compensation domain.
- Experience in P&L ownership and/or oversight.
