Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams suchen wir einen Project Assistant (m/w/d) in Bayreuth.
- Sie übernehmen klassisch administrative Aufgaben, wie z.B. die Organisation von Terminen, Besprechungen und internen sowie externen Meetings, die Planung und Abrechnung von internationalen Reisen sowie die Bearbeitung des Postein
- und ausgangs.
- Sie unterstützen das Projektteam bei technischen oder kaufmännischen Aufgabenstellungen, z.B. bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Angeboten sowie im Dokumentenmanagement.
- Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung der deutschen und englischen Korrespondenz selbstständig und professionell.
- Sie kümmern sich um die Pflege und Verwaltung der internen Datenbanken und stellen die korrekte Ablage und Archivierung der Projektdokumentation sicher.

Qualifikationen
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation, Europa
- / Fremdsprachensekretär/in o.ä.) und min. 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich / Sekretariat.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse.
- Exzellente Anwenderkenntnisse des MS Office Paketes sowie hohe IT-Affinität sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie sind eine freundliche, aufgeschlossene und sehr serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer gesunden Mischung aus Teamgeist und Ehrgeiz.
- Eine proaktive, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent zeichnet Sie aus.
