Junior Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Project Management Team at CYBEX GMBH. As a Project Management Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, status reporting, and quality assurance activities.
- Support the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs), processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Team to establish standards and tools for project management.
- Prepare and coordinate management presentations and reports.
- Take ownership of subtasks and participate in project team meetings to report on progress.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team and Project Management Office.
Requirements:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in industry, consulting, or project management is an asset.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license in Germany is a plus.
