Project Management Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Project Management Team at CYBEX GMBH. As a Project Management Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and contributing to the development of our project management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, status reporting, quality assurance, and coordination of project activities.
- Support the definition, documentation, and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs), processes, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain project management templates and tools.
- Coordinate and prepare management presentations and reports.
- Take ownership of subtasks and attend project team meetings to report on progress.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team and Project Management Office.
Requirements:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience in industry, consulting, and/or project management is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
