About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Management Assistant to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our current product portfolios for the brands CYBEX and GB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate diverse analyses of products and further KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support the creation of presentation materials to communicate product information to stakeholders
  • Assist in special projects within product management and across other departments
  • Manage and maintain product sample data bases and physical stock of benchmark and Cybex products

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies of Business Administration, Business Engineering or comparable
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Creative problem-solving skills and organizational talent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-confident appearance and pronounced sense of initiative
  • Available to work in our Bayreuth Headquarters
