Willkommen im Finance-Bereich bei Daimler Trucks & Buses, wo wir mit Fug und Recht behaupten können, dass wir den Lauf der Welt mitgestalten: Transport ist das Rückgrat unserer Wirtschaft und unseres modernen Lebens. Ohne LKWs und Busse können Fabriken nichts produzieren, Supermärkte können nichts verkaufen und die Menschen können sich nur eingeschränkt fortbewegen. Zusätzlich führen Schlagworte wie Autonomous Driving oder Fuel Cell aktuell die Medien an. Die Balance zwischen dem traditionellen Business und dem Wandel in die zukünftigen Technologie-Konzepte hat große Auswirkungen auf das Truck-Geschäft und spielt somit auch im Finance-Bereich eine bedeutende Rolle. Zusätzlich haben wir kürzlich die Abspaltung der Daimler Truck AG vom Konzern verkündet, was große Chancen eröffnet und vor allem FT vor eine bedeutsame Herausforderung stellt.
Innerhalb des Bereichs Accounting & Result Management der Daimler Truck AG sind wir für die Erstellung der konsolidierten Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse für die mit der Abspaltung entstehende Daimler Truck Group verantwortlich.

Am Standort Leinfelden-Echterdingen erwartet Sie eine Arbeitsumgebung, die kreatives Arbeiten im Team unterstützt. Wir suchen hier eine*n Expert*in, in der Konsolidierung von Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS.
**Diese Herausforderungen kommen u. a. auf Sie zu:
- Konsolidierung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse mit einem dem Schwerpunkt Bestandskonsolidierung inklusive Vorbereitung der Buchungssätze und anhangsrelevanten Angaben
- Selbstständige Aufbereitung, Handhabung und Kommunikation komplexer Daten sowie Umsetzung und Dokumentation der Konsolidierungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung der qualitativen und rechtzeitigen Abgabe unter Einhaltung der externen und internen Berichtsanforderungen
- Ansprechpartner*in für Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer im eigenen Aufgabengebiet
- Zusammenarbeit, Beratung und Entwicklung von Best-Practice-Lösungen sowie Leiten von Projekten im eigenen Aufgabengebiet zur kontinuerlichen Effizienzsteigerung und Optimierung der Kundenorientierung
**Qualifikationen**:
**Idealerweise qualifizieren Sie sich für diesen Job mit:
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen/Bilanzierung nach nationalen (HGB) und internationalen (IFRS) Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie Controlling und/oder Steuern
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Jahresabschlusserstellungsprozess einer Gesellschaft und/oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Konzernkonsolidierung
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der international anerkannten Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS)
- Sehr gute MS-Office-und Kenntnisse
- Hohes analytisches und prozessuales Denkvermögen
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kontakt
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
