Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Gentherm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business units, as well as developing and implementing financial models and forecasts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and planning support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and planning support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
