Your Role:

As a member of the Corporate Controlling and Performance Steering team at DTFS, you will play a crucial role in segment reporting, consolidated forecasting, and financial planning. Your expertise will enable top management to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the data collection process and ensure data quality from DTFS markets during reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for DTFS Top Management and DT group controlling.
  • Engage in various projects as a key account for controlling governance, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with other teams, departments, and markets to address needs and requirements while acting as the governance function for all controlling-related matters.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or accounting.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, or finance-related roles, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and controlling tools such as IBM Planning Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, along with basic German language skills.
