Als unabhängiger Partner der Serafin-Gruppe, welche auf über 150 Jahre Unternehmertradition der Familie Haindl zurückblickt, unterstützt SEVEST Unternehmen in Ihrer nächsten Wachstumsphase.
Unser SEVEST Team besteht aus sehr erfahrenen Beteiligungsmanagern mit langer Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld und einem erfolgreichen Investment-Track-Record, der insbesondere durch einen aktiven Wertsteigerungsansatz bei den Portfoliogesellschaften gekennzeichnet ist. Wir investieren in Marktführer und Hidden Champions in der DACH-Region, mit besonderem Fokus auf Industrie- und industrienahe Technologieunternehmen, welche z.B. durch ihre Technologie den Energiewandel und die Reduzierung des CO2 Ausstoßes ermöglichen, sowie Unternehmen aus den Dienstleistungs- und Software-Sektoren.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie in München ab sofort als Manager Value Creation (m/w/d).
Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie unser Team tatkräftig, um aktiv die Weiterentwicklung und Wertsteigerung in Portfoliounternehmen zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Sie haben die Möglichkeit die Entwicklung unserer Portfoliounternehmen über den Beratungsansatz hinaus zu begleiten und selbst funktionsübergreifend vor Ort umzusetzen Als Manager Value Creation erstellen Sie ganzheitliche Wertsteigerungskonzepte im Hinblick auf Wachstum, Kosten und Liquidität sowie kurz- und mittelfristige Strategien zur Unternehmensoptimierung und setzten diese operativ um Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung vor Ort sowie dem Operating Partner auf Seiten der SEVEST zusammen Bei Bedarf übernehmen Sie Interimsmanagementfunktionen in Portfoliounternehmen (z.B. mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Kaufmännische Funktionen)Ihre Qualifikation
Sie verfügen über ein Studium z.B. mit Fachrichtung Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften Als Manager Value Creation bringen Sie mind. fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer umsetzungsorientierten Funktion bei einer namhaften Unternehmensberatung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mit Zusätzliche Erfahrung vorzugweise in produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit mittelständischen Strukturen ist wünschenswert Sie sind in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Wertsteigerungskonzepten sowie im Management von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen und der Führung von Projektteams erfahren Sie zeichnet ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus Internationale Erfahrung und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil abUnser Angebot
