**Working student global assistant (M/F/x)**:
**Your tasks**:
Under the coordination of the COI Chairmen and VP Project Governance:

- Identify articles (standards and guidelines) and templates requiring updates, deletions, or creation within the WeKnow platform
- Propose and execute a revamped structure for the WeKnow catalogue and main page to enhance usability and navigation
- Prioritize tasks and develop a comprehensive schedule to ensure timely completion of objectives
- Update templates (Word, Excel, PPT, Vision, etc.) and articles based on feedback from stakeholders (COIs), allocating 75% of time to this task. All updates will be conducted in English

**Your profile**:

- Working student (Administrative assistant or equivalent; no Engineering education needed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MediaWiki Open Source environment
- Strong networking skills with intensive use of Teams platform
- Attention to detail and ability to work with rigor
- Fluent German and English language skills
