We are looking for an experienced Solution Lead to strengthen our central Sales Innovation & Technical Sales Support team within Ericsson Antenna Systems. Acting in the middle of technology, marketing and sales, you will combine your market understanding and technical expertise to define strategies & customer solutions that differentiate.
Knowing & anticipating our customer’s needs, this role will be a key enabler to innovate in sales and contribute to our global portfolio evolution & positioning towards the different geographical areas. To craft competitive value propositions and communicate insights in front of internal partners and customers is part of your daily business.

**What you will do**
- Drive insight selling and a successful solution strategy in high impact customer engagements
- Position Ericsson Antennas as a thought and technology leader
- Craft compelling techno-commercial value proposition and supporting proof points, including presentations for sales engagements
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales & Product Management
- Align sales and solution strategies across different functions & product areas
- Contribute to portfolio evolution, segmentation & positioning towards different geographical areas

**You will bring**
- Completed studies in RF-Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Sales, Marketing, Product Management or similar
- Self-driven and decisive attitude with the ability to lead
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and techno-commercial thinking
- Profound RAN / Antenna market insights
- Strong technical understanding of Radio Access Networks, Antenna technology, Radio / Network planning and/or optimization is particularly advantageous
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
