Um unsere Mission zu erreichen, suchen wir aktuell einen Process Implementation Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.

Aufgaben
- Integration und Implementierung von Finanz- und Controlling Systemen (Financial Force & Sales Force)
- Definition der operativen Anforderungen an die Systeme und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Lösungen
- Umsetzung der fachlichen Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen
- Qualitätssicherung der Implementierung und ggf. Organisation und Steuerung des Bug Fixing
- Steuerung der Abstimmungsprozesse mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen System- und Serviceanbietern
- Schulung der internen Anwender in der Systemnutzung
- Steuerung von Projekten im Rahmen zur Prozessoptimierung innerhalb der Finance & Controlling Organisation (beispielsweise Vorantreiben der Automatisierung)
Profil
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von (IT-) Projekten sowie Optimierungsprozessen, insbesondere im Bereich Finance, bevorzugt in einem internationalen Kontext
- Fachwissen im Bereich Finance, einschließlich Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie Finance-Systeme
- Tiefgehende Kompetenz in der Nutzung von ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Sales Force und Financial Force
- Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an Einführungsprojekten für ERP-Systeme sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung solcher Projekte
- Kompetenz in der Gestaltung von Prozess- und Organisationsänderungen im Finance-Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und deren Automatisierung
- Fachkenntnisse in IFRS
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
