Willkommen in der bunten HARIBO Welt, in der auch die vielseitigen Geschäftsprozesse rund um unsere beliebten Produkte von höchster Qualität sind. Mit Deiner Unterstützung optimieren wir Prozesse und liefern IT-Services, die Freude machen. Verstärke unser Team mit 20 Stunden/Woche.

Unser Mix, der Dich erwartet:

  • Du sammelst wertvolle Erfahrungen und unterstützt uns rund ums Thema IT Projektportfolio Management, also der Steuerung der internationalen IT-Projektlandschaft, in unserer Unternehmenszentrale in Grafschaft
  • Du unterstützt uns im Aufbau unserer Kunden-Schnittstelle und nimmst erste Aufgaben im Business Partnering an
  • Nach Deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst Du eigene Aufgaben, bei denen Du selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich handelst
  • Gleichzeitig bist du von Beginn an im Tagesgeschäft aktiv dabei und bleibst stets im engen Kontakt mit Deinem Team
  • Mit Deinen Impulsen aus deinem Studium bringst Du unsere Prozesse engagiert voran
  • Deine Ergebnisse setzt du dann auch in die Praxis um, unterstützt von Deinen Kolleg:innen des Office to the CIO Teams

Zutaten, die Du mitbringst:

  • Dein laufendes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich IT, IT Consulting oder aus deiner kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung. Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement sind ein Plus
  • Deine sehr guten Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie Dein analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Freude daran, eigene Ideen und Dein bisher erworbenes Wissen einzubringen
  • Verantwortung und Leidenschaft für Deine Aufgaben und Projekte, die Du durch Deine Selbstständigkeit umsetzt
