EUPD ist ein führendes Marktforschungs-, Analyse und Zertifizierungsinstitut im gesamten Nachhaltigkeitssektor und genießt seit über 23 Jahren national und global einen unangefochtenen Pionierstatus. In stetiger Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaft, Politik, Wirtschaft und Medien nimmt EUPD eine tragende Rolle bei der Initiierung und Etablierung gesellschaftsrelevanter Qualitätsmodelle, Initiativen und Studien im Setting ESG ein.

Neben den Aktivitäten im Energiesektor setzt sich EUPD ebenfalls im Segment der sozialen Nachhaltigkeit ein. Der von EUPD ausgeschriebene ESG Transparency Award, der Energiewende Award oder Corporate Health Award stehen beispielhaft für die Mission die heutigen Vorreiter der Wirtschaft zu identifizieren und sie in ihren nachhaltigen Engagements zu bestärken. Gleichzeitig werden die evaluierten Marktdaten in Form von Benchmarks, Reports und Studien aufbereitet, um die zeit- und kosteneffiziente Weiterentwicklung auf der Road to Excellence aller Stakeholder zu unterstützen.

Zur Unterstützung des Managements in Bonn suchen wir einen Assistant to the Management Board (m/w/d) – ab sofort

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du unterstützt das Management und erledigst alle anfallenden Aufgaben nach Bedarf (z.B. Reportingerstellung, Projekttracking, Terminmanagement, Support in Buchhaltung, Sales und Kommunikation)
  • Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Management und den Bereichen und bist ein wesentlicher Prozessverantwortlicher im bereichsübergreifenden Multiprojektmanagement
  • Prozesse werden von dir mitentwickelt, implementiert und stetig überwacht
  • Im Sinne des Change-Managements bist du zudem für die Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe zuständig und nimmst hier auch eine beratende Rolle für das Management ein

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in den Bereichen Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Marketing, Sustainability Management oder einer ähnlichen Ausrichtung
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle mit
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Prozessmanagement und bist ein absoluter Management-Allrounder
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind genauso fließend in Wort und Schrift, wie deine Englischkenntnisse
  • Du brennst für die Nutzung neuer Softwarelösungen und lernst gerne dazu
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit aus
  • Du arbeitest präzise, lösungsorientiert und bringst Deine sprachlichen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deine Arbeit ein
  • Du erkennst die wirtschaftliche und soziale Bedeutung von Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und kannst dich mit dem Purpose der Unternehmensgruppe identifizieren
