Das können Sie bewegen:
  • In Ihrer Funktion als Syndikus Rechtsanwalt/anwältin für Arbeits­recht agieren Sie als Inhouse-Expertin bzw. Experte für komplexe arbeits- und tarif­rechtliche Themen.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner/-in für unsere HR-Organisation und das Management und beraten unsere deutschen Konzern­unter­nehmen eigen­verantwortlich in allen individual- und kollektiv­rechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
  • Neben der laufenden Beratung engagieren Sie sich in der Projekt­arbeit und bringen in inter­disziplinären Teams an der Schnitt­stelle zur HR-, Vergütungs-, Pensions- und Transformations­beratung Ihre arbeits­rechtliche Expertise ein. Dabei über­nehmen Sie auch Aufgaben im Digitalisierungs­bereich.
  • Essenzieller Baustein Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die enge, vertrauens­volle Zusammen­arbeit und Verhandlung mit Betriebs­räten und Gewerkschaften.
  • Sie begleiten zudem M&A-Projekte und sind bei Due-Diligence-Tätigkeiten für den arbeits­rechtlichen Part verantwortlich.
  • Nicht zuletzt steuern Sie arbeits­rechtliche Auseinander­setzungen in Zusammen­arbeit mit externen Anwälten und Arbeit­geber­verbänden.
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Als Volljurist/-in mit Schwer­punkt Arbeits­recht können Sie bereits mehr­jährige Berufs­erfahrung in einer vergleich­baren Position in Unter­nehmen, Verbänden oder Kanzleien vorweisen.
  • Sie haben hervorragende Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeits­recht (auch im internationalen Kontext) und fundierte Verhandlungs­erfahrung mit Arbeit­nehmer­vertretungs­gremien.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Know-how im Daten- und Arbeits­schutz­recht.
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie die Freude an arbeits­rechtlichen Out-of-the-Box-Lösungen.
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von personal­politischen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammen­hängen und über­zeugen durch ein angenehm selbst­sicheres Auftreten.
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Aufgeschlossenheit, Neugierde, Verhandlungs­geschick, Kommunikations­stärke, Team­fähigkeit und hohe Sozial­kompetenz.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie verhandlungs­sicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind für Sie selbst­verständlich.
