**Job Title**: Tender Specialist (m/w/d)

In der Ausschreibungsabteilung des Sales Back Office und Sales Operations Bereiches DACH unterstützt du gemeinsam mit deinem Team den Verkaufsaußendienst Health Systems Germany bei der Durchführung und Abwicklung von bundesweiten Ausschreibungen zur Beschaffung medizintechnischer Ausstattung, für z. B. Universitätskliniken, öffentliche und private Krankenhäuser, Klinikketten und Einkaufsgemeinschaften. Ihr betreut das gesamte Modalitätenportfolio des Healthcare Patient Monitoring (HPM), Imaging Systems (IS), Interventional X-Ray Systems (IGT-S) und Electromechanical Imaging (EI) Businesses und arbeiten hier u.a. auch mit Global Business Services für US und CS Modalitäten zusammen.

**Dein Job**:

- Ausschreibungsunterlagen anfordern, entgegennehmen, prüfen und mit ausgefülltem Terminblatt verteilen
- geforderte Firmen
- und Referenzdaten zusammenstellen
- zum Kickoff-Call mit dem Verkaufsaußendienst einladen und diesen moderieren
- Ausschreibungsbedingungen ermitteln (VGV, VOL, VOB, Zahlungsbedingungen, kostenrelevante Vertragsbedingungen), mögliche Konsequenzen für Philips darstellen und dem Team (Account Manager, Modality Sales Specialist, Projektleiter, Account Manager CS) kommunizieren
- Differenzen zwischen den Anforderungen der Ausschreibungen und den Produktvorgaben des Außendienstes ermitteln und an die jeweiligen Ausschreibungsbeteiligten weitergeben
- Konditionen der Serviceverträge in die Ausschreibungsunterlagen einarbeiten
- Technische Daten der ausgeschriebenen medizintechnischen Geräte ermitteln und in die Leistungsverzeichnisse übernehmen
- Genehmigungsprozess im Angebots
- und Kalkulationstool Sofon starten und monitoren
- Begleitschreiben erstellen, weitere geforderte Unterlagen zusammenstellen, Ausschreibungsdokumente auf Vollständigkeit überprüfen und versandfertig machen, Ausschreibungsdokumente versenden und archivieren
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (wie bspw. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) oder Sales Business Operations (SBO) Specialists) aus dem SBO und Sales Operations Team DACH sowie weiteren Abteilungen
- Mitwirkung an Continous Improvement/Lean des Abteilungsbereiches
- Unterstützung des GBS Tenderteams für US und CS Ausschreibungen

- und Kalkulationstool Sofon hast
- du über gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office verfügst
- du wünschenswerterweise Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Vertrags-/Vergaberecht mitbringst
- du wünschenswerterweise Produktkenntnisse des Health Systems Portfolios und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung hast
- dein Auftreten freundlich ist und eloquent im Umgang mit Stakeholdern ist
- deine Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau und dein Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift sind
