Als Director Quality Engineering (w/m/div) verstehen sie es, mit Ihren Ideen und Lösungen Wert zu erzeugen. Sie begeistern andere für Ihre Ideen, kommunizieren auch komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend und treiben so Ideen und Konzepte bis zur konkreten Umsetzung und Anwendung. Sie hinterfragen Bestehendes und gehen mutig neue Wege. Dabei suchen Sie im Team nach der besten Lösung und gehen dafür auch mal in die inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit den Beteiligten, statt vorschnell Kompromisse einzugehen.
Darüber hinaus erfüllen Sie die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:
Ein Hochschulstudium (Diplom/Master/Promotion) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Chemie oder einer artverwandten Studienrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement oder Werkstoffwissenschaft Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung (8+ Jahre) im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements gesammelt haben, idealerweise sowohl im Fertigungsnahem Umfeld als auch im Entwickungsbereich Zusätzlich bereits umfangreiche, fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung sammeln konnten mit Verantwortung für mehrere Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise von mehreren Teams Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der gängigen Methoden und Normen des Qualitätsmanagements besitzen Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet statistischer Methoden und entsprechender Software (Tableau, R, MATLAB, ...) mitbringen Über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Materialien und Rohstoffen verfügen Darüber hinaus verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzen
