About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineering Team Manager to join our team at AEG Power Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Application Engineering and System Engineering Team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Design Decision Making: Collaborate with our Research and Development team to make informed design decisions for systems and devices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Engineering Support: Provide technical support to project management, manufacturing, and field application engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production of manufacturing drawings, technical design support information, and other engineering deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven management and supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in the power solutions industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D SolidEdge, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
