Job Description:
- Development and implementation of partner strategies in collaboration with internal teams
- Negotiation of partnership contracts and agreements defining collaboration, including financial terms, performance metrics, and responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with strategic partners in the IT and networking sector
- Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maximizing collaboration
- Resolving conflicts or discrepancies between the company and its partners to maintain and enhance productive collaboration
- Generating reports on partnership performance, analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of the partner strategy
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in partner management or a similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Current expertise in telecommunications networks and information technologies
- Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Capacity to understand technical and operational requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
