Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Product Manager (m/w/x) für unser Produkt AIM.

AIM - Access & Identity Management ist eine herstellerübergreifende Software-Plattform welche Unternehmen ermöglicht die Zutritts- und Benutzerrechte ihrer Mitarbeiter über mehrere voneinander unabhängige Zugangskontrollsysteme einfach, einheitlich und standortübergreifend zu verwalten. Deine Aufgabe

Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unser neues Produkt AIM und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Advancis und unserem Schwesterunternehmen Cruatech aus Dublin, welche dieses Produkt entwickelt Als Single Point of Contact innerhalb von Advancis arbeitest Du mit allen mitwirkenden Abteilungen (von der Entwicklung über den technischen Support bis hin zum Marketing und Vertrieb) eng zusammen Du bist für die vertriebliche Platzierung, die funktionale Erweiterung und den Roll-out (voraussichtlich Q3 in Deutschland) von unserem Produkten AIM verantwortlich Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt daher klar auf dem Produktverständnis und dem technischen Know-How. Du wirst unser neuer AIM Experte mit Hands-on-Mentalität Du begleitest unser Produktportfolio während des gesamten Lebenszyklus, d.h. von der Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung, Produktpflege bis zur Ausprägung vom Markt In deinem Fokus liegen außerdem die kontinuierliche Beobachtung des Marktes, die fortlaufenden Verbesserungsmaßnahmen an den Produkten und die Mitwirkung bei Planung und Priorisierung der Entwicklungsthemen Du arbeitest und etablieren Demoszenarien und Use Cases für Kundenpräsentationen Du erstellst und kommunizieren Produktbeschreibungen, Guidelines und Schulungsunterlagen in englischer und deutscher Sprache

Deine Qualifikation

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL oder können eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen Während Ihrer Berufserfahrung hast Du bereits relevante Erfahrung als Product Manager, idealerweise aus dem Zutrittskontroll-Umfeld und der Sicherheitstechnik sammeln können Dank deiner sehr guten Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke meisterst DU die internationale Zusammenarbeit sehr sicher und fühlst dich in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld wohl Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Qualitätsbewusstsein Neben den erforderlichen Fachkenntnissen sind für uns Talent, Kreativität, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Engagement und Spaß an der Aufgabe entscheidend
