  • Selbstständige Koordination, Einsatzplanung und Abrechnung des Personals im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung des innerbetrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements
  • Bewerberadministration, -korrespondenz und -auswahlverfahren
  • Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen Projekten im HR-Bereich, z. B. im Bereich Employer Branding, Digitalisierung, etc.
  • Unterstützung der HR-Manager bei der operativen Personalarbeit z. B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Betriebsratsanträgen etc.
Anforderungsprofil
  • Studium der Betriebs-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Pädagogik; Schwerpunkt Human Resources wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise erste kaufmännische Erfahrungen, bestenfalls im Bereich HR
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und Engagement
