Aufgaben
- Evaluate existing terminology and its meta data in DE and EN
- Identify suitable term candidates and prepare them for internal decision-making
- Support the development and evaluation of a suitable database structure and terminology guidelines
- Support the development, evaluation, and implementation of terminology workflows
- Coordinate or take over the maintenance of approved terminology databases
- Coordinate update, approval, and query workflows in our terminology management system
- Optimize and document relevant processes
- Support the preparation and implementation of training measures
Profil
- Currently enrolled in Master's or Bachelor's degree program (translation, terminology, language technology, computational linguistics, technical writing or a comparable course of study)
- Initial experience in terminology work (DE and EN)
- Knowledge of terminology management, ontologies and XML
- Basic understanding of databases and translation processes
- Knowledge of CAT and CCMS tools
- Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
- Holistic thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English language skills
