implementieren neuer Prozessse, erstellen von Prozeßbeschreibungen (Visio), Ergebniskontrolle und kontiniuierliche Fortschreibung
Leiten operativer Projekte insb. Digitalisierungsprojekte der Region East sowie Mitarbeit an EMEA-weiten Projekten, auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem EMEA Claims Operations Director und dessen internationalem Team
Entwickeln, umsetzen und nachhalten strategischer Ziele, digitaler Innovationen, neuer Best-Practices und Target Operating Modelle
Erreichen, neuentwickeln und verbessern von Leistungskennzahlen, KPI ́s und SLA's
Controlling
- und Reportingarbeiten wie z.B. SOX-Controls, MIReports, QA Reports, MAR-Reporting, PwC Audit
Koordinieren des TPA-Outsourcing, Organisation von Zeitarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit HR und dem Claims Vendor Management
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern z.B zur Verbesserung der IT-Systeme, schneller Abrechnungen im Beteiligungsgeschäft und Policierung von schadenbelasteten Policen
Koordinieren aller User Acceptance Testing Einsätze
Ansprechpartner für komplexe Systemprobleme, durchführen von Ursachenanalysen und überwachen der Fehlerbehebung
Unterstützen des Claims Director, Eastern Region beim erstellen von Unterlagen und Reports
**Qualifications**:
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne im Bereich Versicherung und Finanzen, duales Studium oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium an Uni oder FH
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, nach Möglichkeit im Versicherungsbereich und/oder operativen Schadenmanagement
Erfahrung im Bereich Change Management, starker Fokus auf Systeme und Prozesse und Engagement für Veränderungen und Prozessverbesserungen
Gutes spartenübergreifendes Verständnis sowohl von Industrie
- und Personenversicherungen
Ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich MS Office, Word, Excel, und die Bereitschaft, alle erforderlichen internen Systeme zu erlernen
Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und Überwachung von Kennzahlen
Kommunikationsstärke, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit gegenläufige Interssen auszugleichen
