Du bringst erste Vertriebserfahrung mit und möchtest jetzt systematischen Sales lernen?

Als Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) bist Du der Raketenantrieb für die Akquise neuer potentieller Kunden. Dabei überzeugst Du Unternehmen mit unserer Lösung, um ihre Mobilitätsanforderungen durch unsere Cloud-Software für CarSharing und Flottenmanagement endlich zu matchen. Durch regelmäßige Prozess-Coachings lernst Du, deine Deals zu closen, und beherrschst so bald den gesamten Sales-Cycle.

Nach Monaten kannst Du dich bei uns zum Account Executive entwickeln. Wir sehen die SDR-Zeit vor allem als gutes Training

**Dein Potential**
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenakquise mit, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
- Du möchtest dich weiterentwickeln und einen SEHR strukturierten Sales-Prozess lernen
- Du bist ein Freund von digitalen Tools sowie einer sauberen Dokumentation
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie zahlen orientiert
- Du bist ausdauernd, lernbereit und hast Lust darauf, gemeinsam mit uns die Extrameile zu gehen
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie fließend Englisch

**Deine Challenge**
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, den Erstkontakt mit den potentiellen Kunden telefonisch aufzunehmen und die ersten Schritte im Salesfunnel zu füllen
- Dank deines Talents in der Kaltakquise erkennst Du Potentiale und generierst qualifizierte Leads für den Account Executive
- Du bist Sales-Hungrig und überzeugst durch dein Kommunikationsgeschick Neukunden von unserer Cloudsoftware, indem Du ihre Bedürfnisse identifizieren und eine Lösung zu ihren Problemen bieten kannst
- Du trackst alle Aktivitäten in unserem CRM (Pipedrive) und kannst KPI-basiert deine Arbeitsweise stetig optimieren
- Direkt zum Start entwickelst Du deine Sales-Skills durch unsere täglichen Trainings raketenartig weiter
