For our Frankfurt office, we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager passionate about driving new business in Germany. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle for a specific vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase software license sales through new customer acquisition
  • Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Exceed sales targets and convert leads into successful closures
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities using marketing support and outbound activities
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to maximize revenue and ensure client success
  • Manage multiple sales cycles concurrently
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Board's solutions to prospects and clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients at Management and C-level
  • Utilize system for sales management and accurate forecasting

Experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Background in selling CPM, ERP, or BI software
  • Ability to handle C-level relationships and enterprise sales processes
  • Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate complex solutions
  • Familiarity with Accounting, Financial concepts, and Business Analytics
  • Experience with Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Data Visualization, and Financial Reporting
  • Self-motivated team player with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in English and German
