Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

Als Onboarding Manager bist Du der persönliche Ansprechpartner für unsere Neukunden und verantwortlich für das erfolgreiche Onboarding des gesamten Praxisteams auf unseren Terminkalender (Remote). Du stellst die Produktakzeptanz sicher und förderst durch ein hohes Engagement die langfristige Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Praxispersonal arbeitest Du an innovativen und effizienten Lösungen und modernisiert somit die praxisinternen Abläufe. Durch das Erfassen gewisser Daten, wie zum Beispiel der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Erfolgsrate des Onboardings, leitest Du entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab und stellst somit den langfristigen Erfolg unserer Kunden sicher. Du bringst unsere Kundenzufriedenheit auf das nächste Level

Qualifikationen

Wir möchten Dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn Du:

Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kunden mitbringst und ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung hast Ein Kommunikationstalent bist und Dich dank Deiner empathischen und positiven Persönlichkeit gut in Deine Gesprächspartner:innen hineinversetzen und sie begeistern kannst. Das Coaching Gen in Dir trägst: Es fällt Dir leicht, auf neue Menschen zuzugehen und Du magst es Deinem Gegenüber neue Dinge zu erklären und siehst ein anfängliches Nein als sportliche Herausforderung. Ein sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung mitbringst und ein Macher bist. Dich durch eine proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, z.B. in Projekten im Team einbringst. Dir die tägliche Arbeit mit CRM Tools Spaß macht und Du Veränderung als etwas Positives siehst.
