Creative Operations Senior Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and talented Creative Operations Senior Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Regional Europe Team.

Based out of our Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin, you'll work in a team of graphic, motion, and product designers to manage the flow of design projects for our newly established regional brand, foodora, covering 8 European markets (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, and Czechia).


Your mission:

  • Prioritize and manage the workflow of the design team in the delivery of design projects, including online ads, rider gear, physical merchandise, TV ads, digital signage/ out of home, howto films, interviews, social media content, and more
  • Define requirements, scope and objectives; present and rationalize work; build strong relationships; and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and local markets
  • Synthesize feedback to guide designers in optimizing work
  • Conduct regular project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and postproject reviews, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports, are accurate, complete, and uptodate
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time to the highest standard of quality
  • Share and implement best practices across the design team, staying in close alignment with the Head of Creative
  • Be a strategic and creative thinker who understands how to make an impact
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to complete their tasks effectively

Your heroic skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative environment
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, create project plans and budgets, track progress against plans, and mitigate risks
  • Excellent organizational skills, most importantly file management, and a methodical workflow
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide support and guidance to team members, foster a positive team environment, and manage conflicts and issues effectively
  • Proficient in project management software such as Monday, Asana, or Trello
  • Proactive with a solutionoriented attitude
  • An eye for detail and quality
  • Excellent communication skills with English fluency
  • Broad awareness of branding, design and technology trends
  • Ability to thrive when working with tight deadlines
