Wir sorgen für Ideen, über die es sich zu reden lohnt. Wir verstehen soziale Verhaltensweisen innerhalb von Online-Communities, Kulturen und Subkulturen, die sich über die gesamte soziale und Gaming-Landschaft erstrecken. Zu den Auftraggebern in Deutschland zählen unter anderen AUDI AG, Ravensburger, Daimler Trucks und VW Financial Services. We Are Social ist Teil der Plus Company.

Requirements

Was beinhaltet die Rolle?

Konzeption von digitalen Kommunikationslösungen im Social-Media-Umfeld Erstellung von Copies, Proofreading und Sense-Checking für verschiedenste Social Media Kanäle und Märkte Entwicklung von konzeptionell-kreativen Ideen auf Basis von Briefings und Strategie bis hin zur Feinkonzeption Erstellung von Präsentationen für unsere Kunden Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Departments Strategie, Design und Editorial

Wonach suchen wir?

2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Kommunikationsagentur, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Social Media oder Online Marketing Du brennst für Social Themen und Storytelling ist kein Fremdwort für dich Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Social Media Plattformen und Kanäle Du bist immer up-to-date was cultural Movement und aktuelle Trends angeht Du stehst auf gute Texte, denkst kreativ, bist dir über die Macht der Worte bewusst und hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für Sprache und deren Stilmittel Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Kommunikation, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Social-Media-Affinität Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team Du bringst viel Engagement, Kreativität und Hands-On-Mentalität mit

Genau deswegen haben wir uns für einen 2/3 Split entschieden, der bedeutet, dass wir bei 40h mindestens 2 Tage vor Ort mit unseren Kolleg:innen und 3 Tage im Home Office arbeiten. But that's not all Darüber hinaus sind wir große Fans von Remote Arbeit. Deswegen hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit 20 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands und weitere 20 Tage innerhalb Europas remote zu arbeiten. Wenn du also kein großer Fan des Deutschen Winters bist, join us und du kannst diese Zeit in Portugal oder Griechenland genießen.
