Bei Agicap Deutschland suchen wir ab sofort einen HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, der eng mit unserem HR Business Partner in Berlin, unserem General Manager und der globalen Heads of People Operations in Lyon zusammen arbeitet. In der Rolle wirst du vor allem mit unserem französischen Team kollaborieren und in vielen Fragen zu People Operations Themen die erste Ansprechperson in Deutschland sein.

Aufgaben
  • Organisation von Arbeitsverträgen, damit sie von der Geschäftsleitung und dem neuen Mitarbeiter manuell und rechtzeitig unterzeichnet werden
  • Senden aller relevanten Dokumente (z.B. Krankenversicherungsdokumente, Sozialversicherungsnummer) an die globale Personalabteilung
  • Einreichung einiger Gehaltsabrechnungsdaten (Reisekostenerstattung und Essensgeld)
  • Du bist für die vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung zuständig
  • Wenn du bereits Erfahrung in Vertragsrecht mitbringst, ist dies ein großes Plus; falls nicht, würdest du perspektivisch von uns auch in diesen Aufgabenbereich eingearbeitet werden
Qualifikation
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C2+ und Englisch idealerweise auf C1 Niveau, um mit deinen französischen Kolleg:innen täglich zu kommunizieren
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits einschlägige Arbeitserfahrung in HR/People Ops sammeln können, idealerweise in einem dynamischen und agilen Umfeld (Start-up, Beratung, etc.)
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst und kannst deinen Tag und Prioritäten gut strukturieren
  • Eine zuverlässige und vertrauensvolle Persönlichkeit rundet dein Profil an
