Job Description
Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereich:
- Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an mechanischen und elektronischen Systemen.
- Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen in mechatronischen Systemen und Maschinen.
- Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen und Automatisierungssystemen.
- Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen, Schaltplänen und technischen Dokumentationen.
- Umsetzung von Präventivwartungsplänen, um den reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlagen sicherzustellen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachkräften und Teammitgliedern, um komplexe technische Probleme zu lösen.
- Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und -vorschriften.
- Durchführung von DGUV-V3 Prüfungen an ortsfesten und ortsveränderlichen Maschinen.
- Herstellung von kleinen Vorrichtungen und Schweißkonstruktionen.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von mechatronischen Systemen und Anlagen.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektronik und Pneumatik/Hydraulik.
- Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen, Kranen, Luftkissenfahrzeugen und Hubarbeitsbühnen.
- Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik von Fertigungsmaschinen (SPS-Anwendung).
- Grundkenntnisse in der Elektroinstallation von Gebäudetechnik.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse bei elektrischen Fertigungsanlagen (Frequenzumrichter, Servomotoren, Fehlersuche und Beseitigung von Fehlern).
- Fähigkeit, technische Dokumentationen zu lesen und zu verstehen.
- Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zur Aufrechterhaltung des eigenen technischen Wissens.
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Problemlösungskompetenzen.
- Bereitschaft zur Mehrarbeit, auch am Wochenende.
- 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
