Facility Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Malteser Werke. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of occupied areas, including heating, plumbing, fire extinguishers, and electrical systems
- Document all deficiencies and address them independently
- Inspect rooms for new occupants and perform painting repairs and equipment checks
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Requirements:
- Completed training as an electrician
- Driver's license and own car preferred
- Personal commitment and enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures
- Team-oriented, flexible, and goal-oriented
- Independent, structured, and trustworthy work ethic
