Was erwartet dich?
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg: innen verantwortest du den gesamten Employee Lifecycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Du bist für die reibungslose und fristgerechte Erstellung von Dokumenten z.B. von Arbeitsverträgen und Vertragsänderungen, zuständig
- Du bist ein:e kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitende der Agenturen und stehst ihnen für Fragestellungen zur Seite
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team optimierst du kontinuierlich bestehende Prozesse, betreust Projekte und Sonderthemen
- Du bist unsere Schnittstelle zu den Betriebsräten und arbeitest mit diesen konstruktiv und kooperativ zusammen
- Du gibst Impulse für die Erstellung von KPI's und Reportings in Zusammenarbeit mit Admin-Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, möglichst mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast bereits einschlägige HR-Erfahrung in einem internationalen Konzern, einer Agentur oder in ähnlich dynamischen Branchen gesammelt
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten sind wünschenswert
- Du denkst analytisch, methodisch sowie ganzheitlich und bist in deiner Herangehensweise stets team
- und beratungsorientiert
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit und verfügst über eine hohe Eigenmotivation
